sony vegas maybe but it is not free

Hi bro, there are many free video editors, but I advise you to buy any paid one as they will be better and more reliable in terms of viruses. Good luck in your endeavors.

here are free mobile video editing apps: VivaVideo, InShot, FilmoraGo, Quik, IMovie (iOS)
you can also refer to some of these video editing software: Proshow Producer, Lightworks, HitFilm Express, DaVinci Resolve

The programs these guys are suggesting will not be easy for you man. I think most people don't even read what you put in your post and are just looking to spam some easy posts. The easiest thing if you are not good with film editing (and you don't think you can learn, it can take months of producing bad videos to make something good) is to make a slideshow. You can use Google Slides or example and just put some writing and pictures on each slide, and then just use screen recording while it is playing. It does not look too nice, but is is easy.

Lightworks and VideoPad are best video editing software for beginners. Those are also free tools
