You need to get a link from a domain with high DA. DA is easy to manipulate. Simply check multiple sites for DA and see what kind of links they got.

You don't need quality to increase DA. It's the most easily manipulated metric. There are vendors who sell the worst DA50+ links on here fueled by GSA.

Getting your DA/DR up is easy, get links from low OBL domains with high DA/DR. That doesn't matter though, as that's just a way to fool the metrics.

DA can easily be manipulated. If your goal is to do better SERPs, increase the number of quality engaging contents and backlinks. Your DA will go up automatically.
