An undetectable VPN?

I live in a country that's not very digitally recognized and the opportunities for anything online are very limited, PayPal and many more websites won't allow me to sign up.
I have tried VPN's but these seem to be very easily detectable and I end up getting banned or asked for verification. I am a new member of BHW and now I have figured that things such as VVC and VBA's exist and other ways to fake utility bills, ids etc.
Is there a way I can buy a complete private VPN that stays static to one location in the USA, then use a virtual machine or something to completely spoof my identity to a person and specific place in the USA. Then use that to register to sites and programs like PayPal, cashapp etc. without them realizing anything?

sometimes its not the vpn, but the way you create stealth accounts. try hiding webrtc and other stuff

You need proper proxies.

Random proxies would help.
And a headless browser.

I wouldn't suggest you to open paypal account with vpn, even it works for some time you will never be sure if paypal wont realize what you are doing and you wont be safe holding money on that account

Thanks, looks like residential proxy is exactly what i’m looking for. Do you think a virtual machine would help me further for getting undetectable by sites?

You're welcome. You don't need a virtual machine. Either use firefox profiles with propper add-ons or you can use Incogniton - they offer a free tier plan for up to 10 profiles.

use socks5 or RDP proxies or you can combine them both

clean all traces of your browser, cookies, history, fingerprint ect use ccleaner

use mozilla and disable webtr in the browser

Don't open PayPal with your VPN. My personal experience once I had did a business and I could receive amount on PayPal. After few months I was permanently banned there as something (payment) shows spammed. I couldn't recover from that even I did legally. So I don't feel it is safe.

No Vpn is not detectable from knowing it a vpn, it part of networking unfortunatly.

The service to hide while useing a vpn is not detectable.
