Do .INFO Domains Get Ranked in the SERPs?

I've had some .info domains making it to the first page .. but google seems to be cracking down on those ..

.info's can certainly rank, but a bias on TLD(top level domains) is used within most large SE. While .info is classified as a "unsponsored" TLD, google and yahoo debase this extension in their metrics.
If you trying to organically rank(no blackhat methods) with an .info pick a well defined niche without competition.

It's just that there's a higher chance of these sites being spammy, give the methods that used tons of cheap (.info) domains to build splogs for backlinking purpose.
Officially, google still says that it doesn't differentiate between different TLDs unless these are country specific, in which case google assumes them to be targeted towards a particular region.
I have been using .info for the last couple of month on some of my niche sites. All of them were recently deindexed with the last Google shakeup and PR update. I haven't used them for BH'ing as they are just simple BANS sites.
Not sure why they were deindexed, but I'll keep working on them and ask for reinclusion.

To use .info or .com's.
It really depends on what you need. If you want to do blackhat stuff and want to create tons of tons of pages than go for the .info's.
But if you want a single site than go for the .com's. because people are trained to type .com's. Therefore making it much more easier for people to remembet.

.com registered for 3 years= de indexed after 2 months
.info registered for a year still indexed 12 months later
do the maths its a numbers game we build crap sites why spend more money on them

I Have Got More Than 1000 .INFO Domains And i Can Tell You They Are Well Ranked And They Are Adsense PORTALS !
Makes Me Money To Live My Live !
But When i First Started I Had 100 .Info Domains That I Stuffed With Adsense Ready Site's, And That Didn't Work At All !
Then I Took A Look At .INFO Domains That Where Top Listed At Google and i noticed that ALMOST all of the .INFO domains that where ranked well, Had Maid Adsense Potals on There .INFO Domains so That Seems to Work Well.
I Think Google Rates not Only Content, Backlinks And Keywords But Also UNIQUE SCRIPTING !!
I Now This Because I Made Several Websites For Other People, And I Made Them My Self There Are No Other Site's Using My Script's !
And They Ranked From The Beginning PR.2 !!
in One Month With No Baclinks Or Some Thing Else !
Take A Note On That !
The Portals I Made Are Also Unique Scripting And Google Loves it, But It Takes Time To Set It All Up !

No I Mean i Modifyed The Adsense Ready Website's To 1 Basic Backbone ( With Articles, Downloads Section, Picture Gallerys, Movies, XML Feeds, NEW Amazon Codes, Multible Niche Site's on That Topick To Sell E-Books ! (Even Tru Clikbank and Other JV'S), Wiki,

That First Years The Price Goes Up ! So They will Let It Drop Out and Buy a new Domain for $0.99 Again!
SO THAT MEANS YOU CAN END UP WITH SOMEONES BANNED AND CRAPPY .INFO DOMAIN !
And That Takes around a couple of months to get it listed again !
