I'm a web dev. I want to create a website with 0 investment. I can code literally anything. Don't have money to buy WordPress themes (can't make websites in WordPress anyways). A friend of mine is a really good SEO expert he'll help me out for free so traffic is not a problem. Making the website isn't a problem either as I'm really good at the biz. I'm ready to invest a lot of time to a make money making website but hey, I need profits. What's the best niche to choose? I need something which will make me some money with minimal effort. I'm ready to invest 2 hours a day on the website once it's published. My goal is to earn $1k a month (or more ofcourse). Also, what will be the best way to monetize this site? Tank you!

If your friend is an SEO expert he can help with all the questions that you are asking. I would recommend you take some time and read up a bit here. No one is going to give you the golden key. Nothing is going to happen over night.

Its good to manually upload and its also good to auto upload, WP Script & AVS can help you.

With my niche, I am manually uploading. But i have seen people gaining millions of traffic by autouploading. Just be good with seo and effort.

From the way you ask the question its as if its publicly known what niches make easy money and everbodys doing it.
Unfortunately, thats not the way it works. The website's success depends on numerous factors and your ability to combine them and do them right. Start with finding a niche that you connect with and then check if it is profitable.

ok, I saw you mentioned at the top that creating a website and getting traffic is not a problem for you.

some kind of niche like insurance, medical, or finance should be one of the profitable niches, you can just search on google btw, You will find lots of suggestions.
