Where can I find lower cost bot makers?

Had a friend ask me this morning if I knew where to find some bot makers that run at slave labor prices. Said he had a bunch of ideas that he wanted to test as proof of concept or something. I figured here would be a good place to ask

I'm more used to biling per project. Also the developer should be able to estimate how long it'll take if they want to do hourly.

Don’t pay per hour just for the project.

Prices for a bot depends on the complexity, if he is hoping to automate social media at slave labour rates then he’ll get a ton of accs down

Fortunately BHW hasn't gone that bad yet.

Programming involves a lot of thinking on how to solve different problems. So much so it hurts ya brain sometimes.
