Does suspended Ad account affect SEO?

Hey everyone

I tried using G Ads on a new website and it got suspended along with the connected G merchant account, I think the reason is because the site was too new and without authority.

But the issue is under the same email I have an GSC with money site, will this negatively affect the SEO and organic ranking?

Anyone have first hand experience? Please share it if you have the time.
