Beware on doing it yourself, you have to find the holy grail of programmers for that. The programmers that are spammers already they know the value of the project that they would be creating for you. Most will gouge you with a ridiculous price. Your best bet is to find a foreigner who is highly skilled in C#, http requests, and doesn't know that much about the world of affiliate marketing. Someone who is still wet behind the ears.

Actually if a programmer puts a price based on the potential value of a project you should block him as soon as possible, doesn’t matter what kind of project it is the price should always be based on the quality and skill needed to get the project done

There are also several apps on the play store that automate your phone use. You can record macros and replay them, like imacro for browsers. Maybe one can go this route if they don't have big budget. I've never done this it's just a thought

This is a good alternative if you are not looking to use so many accounts. One thing to keep in mind is if you want to have full control over automation in using these apps, your device must be rooted.

You can easily start to automate your IG accounts directly on your phone. That's the safest method. I do that successfully growing my IG accounts - 5 Instagram accounts per device without any issues. The project is open source also which is a big plus.

to be fair if you can figure out how to set these up and run then, you might as well take the next step and learn how to make your own, a lot of manual inputting and configuring - Jarvee in the 90s

It was said before, but I also think the best solution is a custom bot. The other option would be Jv but from what I know it's got all sorts of issues atm
