Any recommendation on BH services to fix up my WordPress problems

Hi, my wordpress website was hacked and hired a IT to establish a new WordPress. Now it has problems again, and my IT said it is because google caches and he cannot do anything about it. It has been one month since the website change, whenever I use site:mywebiste, it turned out all pages like this, look for any recommendation services in BH to have a look. I know I can post this in hire a freelancer, but please advise me which one is good before I approach them.

Do you have a backup which is at least 10-14 days before your site was hacked?
If you do, have you tried to delete all content form your host provider and upload your MySQL database und your WordPress backup?

Update everything on your site.
Make sure you don’t use any nulled themes.
Change your passwords.
Pay for malcare.
Delete spam from your WP posts if it exists.
Make sure those spam pages are now gone (404).
Submit removal request to Google for those spam pages (you can use scrapebox to scrape a full list of the indexed ones).

the hacked theme stopped updates, that means even I upload the database before hacking, there are still heaps of backdoors and easily be hacked next time. Thus, I was forced to change the theme and now the new website (new theme with my old content) is giving me headaches. My IT support told me the website is all clean but the google indexed pages showed hacked titles but if I click them, it is my old page.

This won't help you fix it, but moving forward it will

I use updraft plus to back up all my websites daily to amazon S3 and/or Amazon Glacier.

I can roll my website back to what it was on Dec 18th 2017 or Yesterday or any day I want in a few clicks.

Ive been hacked multiple times, and Ive backed up for years because of it. Its pretty inexpensive and massive peace of mind.

I hope you get it all sorted.

I use updraft plus to back up all my websites daily to amazon S3 and/or Amazon Glacier.

I can roll my website back to what it was on Dec 18th 2017 or Yesterday or any day I want in a few clicks.

Ive been hacked multiple times, and Ive backed up for years because of it. Its pretty inexpensive and massive peace of mind.

Well, I am starting learning updraft, and get a bit confused about the setting. As you said, you can backup as early as 2017 but I found setting is 2, which I guess the latest version will prevail and only the latest two version kept in the cloud. Can I possibly know how you put setting? thanks in advance.
