Yes I'm from a 3rd country and I'm doing content in my language.
My niche is not a nice pay niche but not general, funny stuffs, today I got approved by Google Adsense, I'm happy for that, but:

It's like $1 for 100 clicks.

I know I have to scale it, or should have better research, should go with nice pay niche, should do English content...
I just wonder can someone makes a living with GA in 2021, is it worth all the effort?

Just because your in a low paid adsence country
You can set up to be in USA or anywhere and get tier 1 money.
Think out the box will help.

You need tier 1 traffic only that the best way to make a good living.

UK
USA
Cannda
Scotland

Yes don't make a t3 traffic entertainment site your main project if you don't have a budget to scale it up quickly.
With a budget, you can go traffic arbitrage but be prepared to lose some money to understand how all this works.

It worth the effort, I earn each day more than my monthly expense with AdSense but it took a long and hard work to achieve this.
There is always two kinds of project, the one you love and the one that makes you money; one day, both will come together.

For now and it's just my point of view > focus more or even totally on the money side!
With Adsense you can still find plenty of longtails T1 country keywords at $2 / click not that hard to rank.

Check the ads density with semrush ( number of ads for this particular set of keywords for a specific period).
You can find on the net a one-month free offer (don't forget to cancel before the end of the month or you will be charged), if you become a Jr VIP you also get one free month!
(If you use shared SEO tools your niche can be "stolen" by another user)

Thanks for the shares, seems I have to focus more on money side, trying to rank for T1 countries and best paying niches. Spend less time for the niche I love and 3rd world content. The only way to make good money.

Should I create many sites, each for a few keywords, or I should I start with a big site that targets many keywords if I have low budget to spend?

Multiple microsites don't work well these days, it's better to stack authority and link juice in one site.

You can have the advantage of both with this technique:
Start with a few close related longtails keywords and little by little expand with new content and target bigger keywords.

The best is to make a set of content based on keywords, one long article 2-3k words, and 10-20 little articles (500-800 words) with a good internal linking.
Build some links, once it starts to rank create another category/set until your site becomes strong enough to rank all longtails of the new contents without any link building.

$1 for 100 clicks is irrelevant, you have to look at how much you earn per 1000 impressions, even US niches have around 1-3$ earings per 1000 impressions.
Realistically speaking you might make 2-6$/ mo from your current traffic

Thanks for the guide.

It should be around 15k words ~ $3 per 100 words, so should be around $450 worth of content to start with. $100 - $200 for link building.
I may buy a GA keyword research package of around $50 to start and also learn.
I hope it can get me to somewhere in the future.

One month for a lunch.

My friend, this report does not show exactly what it will mean. If you throw the 1-month table, I can tell you more detailed information.

Google just has approved so it was my first day, don't have 1-month table for now. I expected it to be low, but not that so low, so I created this thread to ask if people are making money out of it.

I understand because according to a day's data, it would be wrong for them to give you information.

Yes, only if your website has a purpose to help out the target audience. You cannot start a website just to run Google Adsense and include irrelevant, low-quality content for SEO rankings. Google’s Webmaster Guidelines should be followed properly along with monetising the site with Google Adsense.

Also, your site should have enough visitors on a daily basis, premium-quality content, relatable services that resonate with your target customer’s needs, etc. Make sure you place the ads properly so that it does not end up increasing the bounce rate as viewers usually consider such sites insignificant that have too many ads in the ‘above the fold’ area. You can only survive and make decent money with Google Adsense by keeping all these factors in mind.

Thanks for your reply guys.

I'm trying to add more content, reduce amount of ads (what surprised me is that my CPC increased from 0.03 to 0.08 when I reduce amount of ads), focus more to lower bounce rate, keep them stay in my site longer, increase traffic other than just ads.
This site is in 3rd language.

I'm building a site in English too, had 2 2k articles and some short articles now and waiting for Google to index.

I didn't build any link yet to my sites.

CPC and CPM is very low for third world countries.
The ratio is 14:1.
If you get $14 for tier 1 countries then you will get $1 for tier 3 countries.

I'm building an English site, still fresh.
Consider it's cheaper to buy content and easier to rank for 3rd tire language site though, but $5 for 100 clicks is meh.

Your ads placement doesn't look good to have a very low CTR of 0.71%. Make sure you are not using auto In-page ads, you can use vignette and anchor ads (auto ads). Let Google optimize your ads size on mobile devices (you can see the option in the global settings).

Place one responsive ad before content, place two within the article (paragraph 5 & 10, if your articles are usually short), then place another after content. You can make use of the ads inserter plugin if the site is on wordpress.

Also try to make your site faster, your bounce rate is high.

Thanks, really helpful, I will do.
My site is on Drupal.
Yes I'm using auto ads. What CTR should I try to achieve?

There was a time I could make $100 a day from Adsense but since last few years I would be glad if I could make more than $100 a month from Adsense.

Nevertheless, having Adsense on your website makes you look unordinary and people are willing to deal with you with better ad opportunities.
