Does compilation video with voice over still monetize?

As per topic discussion. I have being searching around everywhere and some said yes and some said no.

But if you look at youtube channel top 10 most of them still can monetize using the fair use trick. Is it still workable ?

most likely, It possibly can, because you use your own voice. this is the reason to monetize your channel and recognize your content as unique I guess

BUT, very important thing: you have to have permission of those people which content you use

There is so many compilation video still alive. That's why is so confusing on this. On the other hand I know is playing with grey line here.

It doesn’t really matter. As long as you make transformative videos you should be fine whether you buy a monetized account or create one from scratch.

I suppose yes. What I found out fro. Research u need to atleast use voice over for compilation or ur channel is not for monetize

Yes most of them can be monetized.
But be careful about copyrights. You can even be copyrighted with only 1 picture.

Fantastic. But I am setting up new channel going to need lots of time to get it up monetize and hopefully youtube approve it.
