It is simple to create a Payoneer account with a fake name, my question would be if it is possible to use the bank that Payoneer offers to link to Ebay.

But solutions exist, certainly less problematic than PayPal that accumulates thousands of problems, money retention and random blocks...

there many ways to get bank account online, i'm not discuss how to do it, but there is many ways you can open bank account online and use stealth info

Getting a bank account is much easier than dealing with things like paypal holds and random restrictions tbh. When I read about ebay changing to its own system, first thing I thought was that they made things much easier.

as long it is not connected to you and eBay is not even aware of it that's consider stealth regardless you used fake information or friends and family info just compensate them

i didn't get the change to test it out yet, im gonna check some of my old accounts if i find one of my accounts got invited to MP i will test it out and find a way around it there is always a way

I can only speak from my own experience.
I have an uaccount in the U.K. it allows you to have up to 20 sub bank accounts on it.
I have set up 20 eBay’s under different details and 20 PayPals. Never had a problem with any of them.
The names do not match with the bank account name. If it came to managed payments I am not sure if they would work I might apply on one account and see if it works. But honestly I think it would be ok.
This is only my experience so don’t know how it works for other countries and accounts.

I'm UK based, but surely ebay MP, require the real name of the person with the account. No mismatch names. Would ebay clock on if I opened a LTD company and started like that or would they ban me on my directors details?

If you open a ltd company I am sure that eBay would only require the business name as the account holder names. Because what would happen if you had five directors in the company.

I would like to reassure you that the Stealth World remains active and works great in 2021. If discipline is applied in the correct way, you can expect your accounts to run perfectly fine. I have personally found, try to cut your losses short, don't place all your eggs into one basket. Start slowly and spread your Business across multiple accounts, I'm a true believer when it comes to managing risk, try to minimise whilst also maximising.
