Everybody has been doing bot spam with CPA for years and years now. You need a better strategy/setup than them if you want to make bank, don't expect to do the same thing as others and get good results without some sort of unique twist.
Persuading people manually can still work well if not better, if you're any good at social engineering, because 1. it shows them you're not a bot and 2. you can react to a prospect's specific needs and desires. IMO it's not worth promoting CPA offers manually though, you'd make much more money promoting a service (like social media followers or something) or a commission offer. You're already putting in the time and effort yourself, you need to be milking leads as much as you can.
