Building Wordpress site is pretty easy mate.
Just spend sometime reading/watching tutorials
and i'm sure that in 1-2 days you can have your own Wordpress site.
Start with a free Wordpress Theme and follow some useful tutorials from here wpbeginner.com/guides.(Alternative watch some Youtube videos.)
That site has some great tutorials for Wordpress sites.Avoid their affiliate links tho,do your own research for Hosting etc.
Later if you like to use some premium Wordpress Theme you can pick one that fits in you niche, from themeforest.net
You can find also some premium plugins on codecanyon.net
(Dont trust/use any nulled Wordpress Themes or Plugins)
Dont throwaway your money in simple things that you can achieve by yourself.
In the end you have to learn some basic things to be successful in IM
Learn->implement->scale->profit

I know how to build a site. I’m just quite busy with other projects hence why need it ready built.
