is PropellarAds trusted?

PropellarAds are requesting the following from me:

1. The photo of the government ID of the account owner
2. The photo of your bank card linked to PayPal (with first 6 and 4 last digits and the name of the cardholder visible)
3. Screenshot from PayPal account with the same payment method added
4. Screenshot of the PayPal account's page with the full name, phone number and email address visible.

Are they trusted enough for me to provide all of this?

yeah they are well known and trusted, same way you would trust any other company online to deal with your personal info...

Im asking to use paypal and i havent made any deposits yet

I signed up and made a $100 deposit with them. They immediately suspended my account for "multiple accounts". They then asked me for KYC (the same documents that you've been asked for) and I complied. It took a whole week and then they decided that I can't work with them. Fortunately, I was able to get most of my deposit back. Definitely not a good experience for me.

i must be a bot then lol

but i dont advertise with them, just use as a publisher.
but the paypal email & login email ive used the same. maybe thats why they never asked me.
