[HELP NEEDED] Google search drops to zero

I had the same situation for one of my sites and i only bought links from one seller and after few months of not buying backlinks, my website got into the exact situation as yours (80% traffic drop,keywords disappeared etc).I won't buy links again and i have decided to wait because everything seems fine.It's been like two weeks like that but don't lose your mind over it, instead make a new site and focus on that.

Honestly I no longer know which one works which one doesn't. Mainly it's Google algorithm.
Google fills the search result with links from big companies and big media. Which they also have a conflict of interest.
Many small and medium companies had no choice but go to google ads.

My site DA is 60+ What you can do is go back to SEO best practices.
I disavowed some PR links I purchased because I was panic the ranking dropped so much.
But I didn't see effect. It was jumping around. Until today, still fixing this SEO.
I even got organic traffic to click on my keywords.
At the end, the one that I feel it's working is the same old shit.
Fix your HTML tags, improve page speed and get legit backlinks. You can go to your niche forums and put a backlink.
Just hope they don't remove it.
It took months. I still have a few main keywords dropped to page 3. It used to be page 1.

Hey mate i think i have found the issue ,check your google tag and analytics tag on the site,if you are using wordfence the javascript might be blocked by it.I dont know if the issue was related to the latest wordfence update or what but i am in the same boat as you.It seems like my gtag and analytics tag dissapeard over night for some reason and now i have added them and i will wait and give you an update about it if you want

Hi everyone, thought I'd give an update.

Hopes still looking very slim. Traffic is awful - see attach screenshot.

There was another piece of info apart from the backlinks I didn't mention.

Around roughly the same time I used a script to write about 1600 articles with changing keywords but pretty much everything else the same. Currently 800 of them is indexed.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it. Perhaps duplicate content penalty?

Currently there are 3 scenarios:
1. Google Dance i.e. unlucky
2. Backlink purchase penalty
3. Potential internal duplicate content

Thoughts?

Yea, I'd put my money on this being the issue. You want unique content as much as possible, even if the articles are similar (for example "SEO in New York vs SEO in Los Angeles").

You reckon this affects the other unrelated pages too?
