Are the stealth accounts days over?

I've been reading the subforum for about 20 minutes and I noticed a lot of members are saying you cannot create stealth accounts anymore. How true is this?

I want to start selling editing software accounts, but it seems like I'm not going to be able to do it on eBay. Any alternatives?

Do you mean stealth eBay accounts?
Ofc you can create them, but the problem is using them. For that a tough discipline is necessary.

As far as I know, you cannot withdraw your funds to PayPal anymore.
 
Isn't eBay starting its own payment system now? Leaving PayPal out? At least that is what I get when I log in to eBay.
 
Absurd, stealth accounts will never be over as long as Ebay stays in business.
It got harder and whole bunch of people got filtered.

I'm using Paypal and I'm able to withdraw.

eBay now handles payments itself
eBay transfers the money for sold items directly to your bank account. Fees and costs, such as shipping labels in the future, will be deducted from your payout amounts. You can set this up quickly with simple steps.

Buyers have new payment options available, from PayPal to Google Pay and from Apple Pay to Sofortüberweisung. Regardless of which payment methods your buyers use, your money will be transferred directly to your bank account.

Says it all, doesn't it.

You could easily create stealth accounts when the only issue was online marketers. Now terrorists use that shit too so they fucked it up for everyone.

If you really need to use some unregulated payment means, then you could try Bitcoin or something.

Can a fake bank account details be used? How would they verify?
