Backlink

The below image is the backlink I received, so overall it's a top notch domain to get a backlink from, the only thing I was a bit edgy about was the link placement. There were 3 links above mine in the article (Generic outbound links to recognised brands)

I would of preferred 1st or 2nd paragraph link but this is just me being really picky for the review I guess since it's the 4th link in the article it does blend in a lot better.

Overall though in all seriousness this is a great service, one that I will be using again in the future when I have my other site prepared. This is going on my hitlist as a good seller.

Content

The content is good, like actually good... it uses unique images too which is what I really liked, it looks like a legitimate post that's not been bought. Honestly, there is no way to tell this is a paid link, everything blends in so well. If I was white hat, I would still purchase these links.

Results

It's been one day since the link has gone live, I've not seen any movements, and I don't expect to at all because that's not how backlinks work. They take at least a few week to affect your rankings unless you are targeting something very easy and you get lucky with the google crawlers. That being said, I don't need to see any rankings for this link, I know it's a solid link for my backlink portfolio and I'm more than impressed.

Semrush actually states the website has 10k+ traffic, which is over double what ahrefs states.
It's an interesting magazine style website with a 10+ year history and some sort of company behind it.
It seems to have legitimate address and contact (phone number) information.

The article content is very close to the niche I am in.
He used the exact angle I figured he would end up using, as it's pretty tough to find an exact match in this niche.
So, he did a good job there.

The link placement is towards the top of the article.

It's a solid link.
