do you know what the limits are regarding proxy/ip usage in creating pvas? 1 ip per pva per day?
i really want to buy this but i feel like im going to need a ton of proxies that can be costly!

Sorry mate can't really help you much with phone numbers. As far as DID's it actually depends on the number range and if CL has blocked them or not.
You can test one manually to see if CL accepts them.
