I submited an apeal for some suspended threshold accounts (10 days ago).
they replied today and this is the summary

3 accounts still suspended
1 account reactivated

it's pretty weird because all accounts made via same proccess ( rdp, usa bank etc..)

how did you reactivated it , i believe they asked for personal information and website and giving this all will be a bad idea + website which we give is BH.

They are quite random honestly, I doubt they have a consistent policy for reactivating accounts. I'm legit having suspicions whether the appeal process is all bots, or the person on the other side has below room temperature IQ.

I doubt these "policy" guys are actually google employees. More likely Google outsources all of this stuff to some indians.

Never heard of such things. I live here and never met or heard anyone doing outsourced google job. I travel a lot and meet a lot of people. Never in my experience this happened. I am pretty sure google relies on their bots for this. They have a large empire. But when you ask for support, they eventually assign a manual Support.

Well, it seems you aren't well informed. I know for a fact that all Merchant Center related account reviews are outsourced to India, which is how I speculated that regular ads account reviews might also be outsourced.

I see. Wow. One of my major issues was this merchant center account suspension and now that I learnt that they're all reviewed here changes a lot of things. Do you have any information on how or what company they outsource this task to?

I've no idea of the specifics other than knowing that they're based in Hyderabad, India. But I doubt anyone is actually able to speak to a native english speaker about merchant center problems without at least spending a couple of million/month

Oh okay. Thanks for your info. Have a great day.

Their whole support system is automated. So the system picks and checks and if you're lucky you'll get some re-instated. But like I said their whole system is automated in making decisions and replying with the same pre-made email replies. You'll need to call or have a contact at google to get your account reviewed by a human.
