If you mean the Instant Indexation plugin that comes with RankMath, I have. I've always used it so I don't have any comparison point, I normally get my posts indexed pretty quickly tho

If you are using Rank Math, they have a free plugin called "Instant Indexing" that what basically does, is profiting from this API from your own site

yeah that's what I'm talking about, RankMath have an integration for this API on WordPress, basically send a request to Google every time you post/update something

I don't know what is the best thing to do tbh, but I can tell you what I've done that's been working well so far: Submit sitemap, wait for 1 or 2 weeks for things to start making moves, and then install the Rank Math Instant Indexation plugin.
