Hey guys. I need help and discuss about the pinterest bans and how to avoid from them. Also any method to recover all banned accounts? I tried most of them but couldn't manage to recover. Is Pinterest is so strict nowadays?

No. You can't able to recover banned accounts. Nowadays, the Pinterest team filtering FAKE accounts and banning process going on.

I dont know either cause my friend told me once she logged in, her account banned. I didnt even ask what she post on her account at that time

Contact them. Ask them why the ban. I got banned and when I contacted them as to why they said it just an accident. At least if you don't get your account back you may find out what not to do in the future.

To avoid bans, Don't share repetitive, deceptive and irrelevant content, don't send message/comments in bulk, using third party software which is not approved by pin, Improper link placement and sharing private information which means 100% violence and disallowed content. While using these things, your account will get banned.
To reactivate suspended pin account, in contact page fill the contact form to let them know that your account has been suspended. In that form, put detailed message about reactivated my account in the description box and submit it.

Any idea how it got banned and what did I do wrong. I was just copying images from PI and posting pins with my website link.

in fact you can not do anything too quickly, too much, very often in one unit of time on Pinterest
you need to contact the support to understand what happened for sure
