Blog post indexes but then disappears

I posted a blog post 1 week ago, it indexed, and it ranked for the title page keyword. Now when I check, the indexed blog post is nowhere to be found. Is this a normal occurrence? I'm hoping it will reappear in the serps soon.

Do you change your keywords or titles? if you change it, it will deindex it. otherwise you have to wait for some more days.

it happens, at least has happened to one of my sites in the past.
I don't know how frequently it happens now.

Yep, it happened with mine site too. Can't really do anything except waiting.

Clear your cache and try again, if the issue yet remains wait for google to show it again, also you could build few links on it to speed the process

The fact that you got it indexed within a week is a good sign.
It should revert back.

Just wait for it. Sometimes,it happens. You can create some quality backlinks to get it indexed once again.

When you say you posted a blog post,
Did you post on a site that already has posts on it with traffic?
Or this is your first post and your yet to finish the site?

Don't worry, the Google algorithm is so advanced that even Google doesn't understand it sometimes.

Check it on Google Search Console.
If it says it's not indexed, request to index it.
If it's already indexed but you don't see it, try searching for it in incognito mode (depending on your Google account settings, the SERP you see could be influenced by your history, cookies, activities and other things).
