Static vs. Rotating Residential Proxy for Facebook Ads / Google Ads

Hey!

I am looking for a way to reliably create new FB / Google Ads accounts without getting recognized and thus getting banned. What would be the best type of proxy to go about this? From my understanding, residential proxies are better since the website you connect to can't tell you're using a proxy.

But now, is it better to have a static or rotating IP? Which is less likely to trigger some algorithm and ban my account?
Not looking to farm a large number of accounts, just get a couple of new ones working after an unfortunate lifetime ban.

Static, of course!
Static residential IP proxy or 4G will be fine.

static would be best, rotating would imo trigger some internal things with FB.

but you don't even need residential IPs, if you find the right datacenter ones, theyll work too.

Dumb question but... Since 4G proxies are good. Would it work to just turn on the hotspot on my phone and connect to that since I only need 1 IP? Never used it so the IP shouldn't be flagged right?

Static residential proxies are the best for this. If you can afford: dedicated (virgin/private).

Hey mate, did you find out the answer to this ? I was also wondering the same thing. Why wouldn't I just use my phone hotspot ...?

This is answered so far so I'm just gonna recommend going either to the Want to Buy thread or Marketplace thread. The first one is self explanatory while the Marketplace is a good place to check if anyone posted about static IPs you might be interested in. Good luck for those who might still need this.
