Dumb question - changing YT channel owner?

Why is that a problem?

Because I was wondering if I could change an account, like my 2005 account, to another email like my personal. So I don’t have to sign into the shitty email on the 2005 yt acc

Obviously you make a brand account, invite your new Gmail account, wait 7 days and kick your old account out. If wanted you can even switch back to a normal account. This way I transferred a channel from a banned account to a new one.

No. But if you add someone to the channel he can use his own email to login.

As for me, I want to transfer my email to a new email, I hope it works because I want to sell it and I want to preserve my original email which I have important files inside.

Why don't you just transfer it from your old email directly to the buyer?

Brand account transfer still works for me, but it takes 7 days now. Sometimes it took a bit longer for reasons i don't know

Because I have important mail inside, like eBay customers and some other sites that have info in there. If I can transfer to the new email address then why not, I can wait even more than 7 days.

You don't understand me. I will try to keep it more simple.
Ape has youtube account with email, ape invites buyer to youtube account (not Email). Ape leaves youtube account with his email. Ape now only have email, buyer has only account with his email. Ape Happy.

Thanks mate, this is only my second time selling my YT account. The last one I gave my email which is not important.
