What are the most scalable businesses?

I know everybody here on BHW does their own thing; Instagram, affiliate sites, informational sites, YouTube, services, etc. etc.

But which businesses do you think are the most scalable? Having the potential of getting from 100$ to 100,000$/mo.
Services and Instagram (or any social media) for example are pretty tough and even limited to scale that high, in my opinion.

I'd say informational sites, informational products (e-books, e-courses), SaaS, and YouTube.. what do you think?
