I've a website that used to be the shit till December update. The website was Grey Hat, provided value to it's users was naturally shared on social media and linked from diff newspapers bloggers and other authority websites.

After the December update Google said FUCK your hard work and your dreams.

GAME PLAN

I'm gonna build milions and milions of mentions about this website and brand on the web. NO backlinks only mentions, because Google said their AI is realy smart and can rank a website without backlinks if people find it useful.

Will keep this tread updated.

Well, for a matter of fact they track website references (and keywords)? It's not debatable or else they wouldn't be able to properly rank website and especially not being able to grasp information from websites. Anyhow, the important question is the weight/influence of such mentions in comparison to "classical backlinks".

I am interested as well and I hope OP will get his ranks back, but I doubt this will be a strong signal. On the other hand, shitting in front of Google's offices it's something we all want to do. I mean, we should fight back in the real world, right?

Just placed an order for 300k topical mentions ( forums, social media, comments, reviews). The seller said that every mention source will be related to my brand and business. I highly doubt it but I worked with him in the past and he delivered.

The mentions will be in every language possible because G AI is smart and can translate shit.
