I definitely do agree with you. Well, for the ones who can't contact them on FFB website, it might be because you don't have a business account there so just go to their FB support directly. Some could see the "Support" chat button, some couldn't.

Ok. I have business account. But dont see any contact or chat buttons. Where i can find this directly FB support then? Thank you for your help

I still have this same problem.
When my account is personal, everything works well and visibility is good. When I switch to a business or creator account, my visibility will be lost.
I don’t get any connect with Instagram / Facebook support, the only way I found was to send a Facebook message to them. I suspect they don't answer. When I switch my account to a business account. I can’t even send a message to it from my personal account.

Any ideas for this?
