How low volume keywords you have written an Article?

Take a look at the top 5 pages ranking for that term.

I never write a 40 volume article, but I use them as long tail extra keywords for a better volume keyword.
Sometimes, a 40 volume keyword ends being a 200+ volume one... numbers are not exact but you have to discover this by yourself

Sometimes beyond my experience, surferseo content editor recommend to write 7000 words article but when I see the competitors page, they haven't write more than 4k words.

I usually look for 500+ search volume and post about 1000 words articles, which works fine for me

Don't pay attention to the search volume of the single keyword, pay attenzione to the cluster.

Example:

best mattress for back pain
best mattress for back support
best mattress for bad back
best mattress with good back support

All of them mean the same thing, but they are differenti keywords, so a keyword with 40 search volume could bring you also 500 search traffic.
