Question: Operators(Footprints) in keyword research

Right now I have been consuming some guides about doing keyword research with operator to evaluate how difficult will be a niche
beside. Also about KGR method for "fast" rankings.
Here are my question because I want to have some perspective from directly from people that does this daily basic.

Do you consider operators(footprint) good enough to make conclusions about how difficult will be a keyword or search intent to rank?

Which operator do you consider best for that purpose and how do you scale the difficulty? For example if the keyword have less than 1m result in broad search then if it is below 450 results using intitle: and below 100 using allintitle: is easy to rank.(This is an example)
keyword have less than 10m result in broad search then if it is below 5000 results using intitle: and below 1000 using allintitle: is moderately hard to rank(and so on)

Thanks in advance for the insight on this.

KGR is only a guide, it has worked well for many people, but it's not a guaranteed method for fast rankings.

KGR = No. of Google results with the keyword phrase in the title / Monthly Search volume*
= allintitle:keyword / MS
* Where MS < 250

Aim for KGR < 0.25, to rank in the top 100.

As well as KGR, you still need to research your competition:

Yes, I understand the part of KGR and some further investigation that might be needed as that no every KGR keyword is truly an easy keyword for different reason, one of them the semantic search algorithm.

With my question I look which information do you consider useful to catalog the keyword difficulty that can be gather with operators.

If I understand this correctly, you are using the results of a given search and it's operators to determine overall keyword difficulty. Not sure that is an effective strategy. In short, you're better off investing in a tool like Semrush or Ahrefs for this purpose where you can simply use filters to target your ideal keyword difficulty range(s).

For anything ranking related you should consider one of the foundational steps you need to take is investing in a good competitive research tool since ranking, search intent and keyword research imo is about analyzing good data.
 
The keywords you really want are longtails with traffic and...

Under 1M broad search + 0 allintitle + 0 phrase match. I discard anything with more than 3 allintitles and phrase match. Using KGR alone is only 10 - 20% successful, and very dependent on the intention of terms.

How to check Phrase match? By using quotes?
