How to manage multiple pages?

I have 50+ pages from different FB Accounts.
Can somebody please tell me how to properly manage pages because if one the account got disabled, the page associated with it will also be gone.
I want to try business manager but what if the account who created it was banned can I still access the BM?
And what is the amount limit of pages that can be put in one BM?

Why not make them linked to less accounts? So no page gets affected by acc deletion?
