Scraping Emails using Grow Me Organic

I have just signed up to GrowMeOrganic.
I am looking to scrape emails from instagram.
I am a beginner at this so have a few questions.
I used three accounts that are not my main accounts
GrowMeOrganic said that you only need to get a proxy if using 5 accounts or more but
when i ran a scape all three accounts got blocked after only having craped 180 accounts!!

Whats the ebst way to do it?
Would buying a proxy prevent this?

GrowMeOrganic support is non-existant btw

Its always better to have a Proxy with Instagram Accounts on such Softwares.

You are risking your Home IP to get Flagged from Instagram,Instead you would be better off using a Proxy to save Accounts as well as avoid using your Home IP.

Is that all a proxy does? Save your home IP
That doesn't really solve my problem then of the accounts being flagged from a low number of scrapes.
Is it just a case of buying big numbers of instagram accounts instead?

Proxy will basically seperate all of your Instagram Accounts,I would suggest you to go with 2-3 Instagram Accounts per Proxy.

In my experience, Instadub is the best for scraping emails and the cheapest option.
