Hey Ainan,

As many SEOs suggest inserting one keyword in 200 words of paragraph.
According to this strategy then you can have a maximum of 7-8 keywords for 1480 words.

It is pretty fine. You may add or remove 2-3 times if you want. In my view, it is fine as long as you don't try to force your keywords into content. It should come naturally.

it all depends on what top 3-5 sites are doing for that keyword. so grab that excel and use a tool like this http://www.visiospark.com/keyword-density-checker/ to figure out what the top 3-5 sites are doing for ratio and you need to be around the average of those. if the avg is 2.3%, i would go around 2.4% - 2.5%.

my competitors are also using
12 times seems too much I would advise twice per 500 words, and anything more than that is risky, but if you want to experiment go ahead and try it
competitors on top 2 have used this

12 in 1480 looks like a bit much. 7-8 sounds ideal. but if it came naturally and doesn't sound forced then it should be okay i think

I think kw density is ranking factor if it used as much as possible.

I have checked many competitors in my niche (adult).

In conclusion - first google page - kw density 10% - 20%

As example - on page is 300 words and 50 of them is kw - that page is ranking very good.

What me helped a lot was those online keyword checker tools. The one I used is not online anymore, but you can search for 'keyword kensity checker' or 'keyword ratio checker'. Or use the word 'tool' instead of checker, then you find a lot of good keyword ratio analyser tools. You just have to try which one suits you most.

should i decrease the ration or keep it as it

If your page is on Wordpress use Rank Math or Yoast and just follow their recommendations that are a common standard
Otherwise, install wordpress, install rankmath or yoast, and paste your content there and follow their recommendations
This is the best guide ever possible for main content optimization. Don't look any further.

It seems to be bit high. You can have 5-7 keywords in a natural way if it is required.

Find a set of long tails for that seed keyword and use them at least once.
12 times is a bit maxed out. Don't just focus on one.

The keyword frequency doesn't matter well.
The more important part is the user experience.
For this, you need to look up your competitors' pages that are ranking, and try your best to make your page give better XP than them.

The target keyword appears about one to two times per 100 words. At this rate, the keyword appears good while search engine shows what the page is about without engaging in keyword stuffing. I think yours is more than enough. you don't need to increase or decrease.

First of all think about your niche. If you are writing content about 1000 words then you must be aware of keyword density. Actually, keyword stuffing is not a good process for better SEO.

Keyword density- no.of keyword terms*number of keyword*100/total no.of words.
