On many online forums I see Bet365 accounts being sold that claim to be fully verified with Skrill.
Does anyone have any experience in this area and can tell me how these guys manage to create and sell fully verified accounts with documents?
Also some guys even offer to withdraw money for you, how does that work?

How manage? By bought set of documents or alone searching peoples who get documents and face. (As me). Yes, offer withdrawing on own bank account.
