Help with YouTube - make videos longer?

I have a website where I want to update YouTube videos every year by adding video to them rather than uploading a new video every year. I think that will hurt metrics and potentially lose money since I would be replacing the YouTube video with a newer one.

To clarify, The video will stay the same other than me wanting to add a new piece of the video at the end.

If this is not possible, what creative ways around this do I have?

Someone told me I'm able to add but I need to re-do the voiceover of the video as well? Does anyone have any input here?

question is not clear
If u want to change the video u can replace the new video embed
If you want to update the existing video its not possible
add video to playlist and embed playlist and change the video order in channel its easy

You can't able to insert the new videos behind the old one. The possible way is you have to add playlists. Embed the playlist link to your site. It will show up or play the next videos.

You can remove clips from the old video, but You can't able to insert the new videos behind the old one.

Uploaded video can not be edited. So you will not able to do what you have wanted to do.

Upload can be edited but you cannot add clips to the video after upload
