Big G ads suspension problem

Hello,

So after the last update, many threads where opened here about thresholds and suspicious payment we face

I want to share with you what I've done as tests, i know almost all methods to create a good standing accounts, so please don't jump with a reply to say your vcc is bad, or profile is bad or anything else.

So let's start with the first day when this happened, it was Last Friday 29 January, every account created get suspended instantly, on Saturday things went back to normal, on Sunday the nightmare started again.

Since then i'm burning +20 acct per day just for tests, different profiles type different vcc vba paypal different proxies different everything

I also suspected Fingerprints, tried on different rdps providers, countries, type of rdps "with and without gpu, with and without audio device"

Tried with multi sessions software browsers cookies ...............

===== For creators you know what im talking about, im not going deep into this.

So what's on earth is going on?????

Out of many ad acct i made, 40% where created successfully

Out of those accounts 80% got suspended after 1h-24h running Dummy campaign "suspicious payment"

for the 20% left, only 3 accts survived after launching the second campaign "Money campaign"

In total 3 out of 80 accts survived till now

So why those 3 are still working? i really don't have a damn clue

they are made the same the others that got suspended, nothing special, even the payment method is similar to some that got suspended.

Okay Okay, let's try something else

In my country you can't create thresholds accts, only pay as you go, you need to pay before spending

I said to my self, let's find out

Created an account normally as a normal advertiser, linked my real cc, okay everything is good, loaded $20 balance, okay that's fine

After just creating a video campaign Totally whitehat, Instant suspend, what the heck... contacted them, waiting for their reply "will update"

So hand crossed now, and i decided to share with you what I endured this week

Ohhhhhh let's talk about those 3 accts that are still working, while im writing this thread, i checked them again, ouffff still spending

The only thing it comes to my head about those 3 accts is the proxy "im not gonna share my proxy provider in this thread"

So what do you think, can it be that Our big G improved their IP Bot detector? and those 3 accts where made on an ip that the bot tough that they are clean?

im going insane, sorry for that long thread, but i'm really tired of testing so i decided to stop now, and start discussing this

I feel like its one of those time of the year, google suspends almost all accounts. I tried with using real systems and real cards and all i got was suspicious payments. This time will pass for sure, how soon no one knows.

Let's discuss the new updates

On January 18, 2021 big G will update its advertiser identity verification policy reflecting the addition countries
Australia, Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, and the United Kingdom
And they added in 1 February those countries
Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, and Spain

Also there was an update that doesn't affect us, related to Brexit

And there's this update about AVMSD "Audiovisual Media Services Directive"

So for the first update mentioned, it wasn't applied yet, maybe that's we are enduring now, so the result will be:

Automatically Instant Suspend + Receive an email from G to identify yourself to get your account back and running

if it's like that, then @pablitojanno i agree with you, it's dead already

I just found this update :

Account pausing for business operations verification global roll-out (November 2020)

On January 25th, 2021, we will be updating the Business Operations Verification requirements to reflect that certain advertisers’ accounts may be paused until the verification is completed successfully. This update will be applied globally across all countries.

As previously announced, we may pause advertiser accounts immediately and require them to complete the Business Operations Verification if we find that their business model is unclear, and we suspect that their advertising or business practices may cause physical or monetary harm to users.

Accounts will remain paused until the verification form is completed, reviewed by Google, and deemed to meet the requirements of the verification program. Once those criteria are met, any ads that are policy compliant will be able to serve.


Ayyyy, so there's nothing to discuss further about this

Will they really make it so difficult to advertise? I'm not talking about the threshold. When Google is having trouble with data, will it ask people for more data? Come on, I went through this, so google should only give the threshold application to verified accounts, right? What's the fault of advertisers with manual payments?

Yep I also did exact tests as you did here in UK but to no avail. They can't stop new advertisers forever because the law will get involved eventually due to many complaints but as the Brexit issues and covid-19 is current big G can do as they like

I’m really frustrated with all the google suspensions on ad accounts and merchant centers. in the beginning, we were told it’s due to dropshipping, but i totally moved from dropshipping to having items in stock and ship then. now whenever i try to make a new merchant Center or google ad account they are instantly suspended our Won't last more than a few days. I'm not doing any blackhat stuff and would like to Comply with theory requirements yet i don’t see any way to make it happen. the support team are entirely useless, and they will simply hit you with the usual “ Google reserves the right to suspend your account at any time” to avoid any explanations on what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed.

Yes pointless even trying to resolve suspension issues with front members of staff, they have no clue themselves and all they can do is forward appeal to in house team. Usually I just move on once suspended.

Just an update, submited an appeal via contact form for multiple accounts, two days ago and yesterday, still no reply
Also my 3 other accts are still running fine even after i increased the daily budget

Tried again today to make some, no luck, instant suspend or after few hours

Also for that 6 February update i keep reading here wtf hahahaha unless the guy is working for G, there is nothing confirmed

ME : Ohhhhh easy, just suspend every new accts "we have good advertisers already that make us huge profit", if that advertiser is legit, he will call us and we will investigate the problem, if not he will run away.

What if he's a bad advertiser and still called us?

ME: Easy , if you suspect him, just ask him for identity verification "depend on the country he's from"

Honestly, if your account are getting suspended like crazy, even after you're doing all you can. You should wait and take a break!

Unfortunately i can't, i already told my self to stop yesterday
But what make me crazy are those 3 accts that still working fine, even with BH campaign

Lol, no such discussion takes place, decisions at this level are made automatically and algorithmically when certain KPIs are not met

Thats kinda true. For example cloud and google ads billing verifications where u need to submit id and cc image its all automated. If account is strong (in eyes of google) and images match (info is readable for algo) u will get verified in less than 1h and 24/7 (can range from few minutes to an hour). So whenever its needed to bypass billing verifications (not talking about business verification) its simple
