this is great ...Email marketing is the best to grow a business

Nice man I noticed you are using gmass with gmail and posted about it in another thread. I want to do the same thing and was wondering how is it working out for you so far? I have a small budget and cant afford to lose it so would like your feed back if it works and are your accounts able to send without getting disabled by google?
Its working well actually,

1840 x 4 days

9200 sent
18400 sent
27600 sent

Nice to hear that. Do you use proxies per account or are you just logging in from your IP normally?

Since you are using multiple accounts and sending 460 per account, are you like splitting the list into 5 lists of 460 emails? Or is there a way to automate this part?

I'm setting up this myself and bought 3 gmass and was wondering if there is a way to automate this from google sheets.

Hey and I forgot are your emails actually getting delievered or is google delaying your emails and sending them later did you test that?

I tried adding a 10 emails before to a desktop mailer and found emails were not getting delievered after like 150 emails sent even though they were marked as sent in the mailer I used a couple of my own emails in the list to test.

yes correct

yes correct

And your emails are being sent? Like I said few months ago I actually added 10 gmails to atomic mail sender but I noticed after like 150 sent they were not being delievered although they were marked as sent in atomic. I assume google stopped me because I am sending from 1 IP address not sure though, the emails just dont arrive at all, sometimes they do but after a few hours later or after 24hrs I can't remember. Have you tested?

Gmass open rates are showing your emails are actually being sent?

It looks like you're being shadowbanned.

It usually happens because :

- your reputation is pretty bad
- you send from a brand new G Suite account. I don't know if that's your case but during the first days of a brand new G Suite / G Workspace account, your emails can be blocked or shadowbanned

Do you use one separate proxy per account?

I was using @gmail accounts and yeah they were new. This was like 4 months ago but will be doing it.

Showbanned? Is it permanent? From what I remember some emails were delievered later like maybe after 24hrs I can't remember but I remember I would get the emails hours later in my test emails I had in the list.

I don't use any proxy to send from Gmail accounts, that's useless unless you want to manage hundreds of accounts.

That's not permanent. That just means that you or your emails were too suspicious to be delivered at this time. When it takes time it's usually because you're suspicious too.

You mentioned you use Mailreach to warm up your accounts, is this a must to inbox or could you start sending +200 emails per account right away and expect to inbox?

you mentioned you usually have +%70 open rate which is a testament of how good you are, are you sending from custom domains with gmass "have a G-Suite account" or are you sending from regular gmail accounts?

Thanks man for the tremendous help and guidance you're providing on this thread,

Sent you a dm I've spent years trying to do this as well.

Thanks for your reply.

Are you into webmailing? Rambler, mail.ru..etc?
I have already been interested in that but couldn't find good resources/right connections.

Actually yes, Mailreach has become a must for me to get these results. It was not the case before but it's getting harder and harder to have a great inbox rate, even when you're really good.

I'm not saying you can't reach the inbox without this kind of tools, but it'll be very difficult to stay in the inbox over the time, there's 99% of chances that your deliverability will decrease over time. Unless you have a shit load of engagement on your emails and nobody marks you as a spam because everyone likes your email and what you're saying.

I'm a copywriter and I can tell you that even if you sell the best product on earth, you will always piss off some % of people. And spam reports hurt you, way more than before.

And mailreach or other warm up tools help balance this.

I've used Gmass in the past but I don't like it, that's pretty ugly and the UX was really bad. But maybe they improved it.

I use MailShake. There are plenty of tools but the most important is to make sure :

- You can setup a custom tracking domain (gamechanger guys, you don't want to be in the same basket of all the spammers who use the same tool)
- The emails are sent with a delay between each. The longer delay the better.
- You can send follow ups automatically on people who don't reply
- You can send from your Gmail / G Suite account

And for the Gmail accounts : I don't use @gmail.com, that looks cheap and not professional (I work for companies).

I buy domains from Gandi and shoot from a G Suite account. All my domains / clients are on the same G Suite.

And for all the people who use Custom SMTP / Amazon SES / Sendy or other stuff like this to do cold emailing : sorry guys but that's not the best setup for cold emailing. That's shitty.

The best setup to get a GREAT deliverability is to shoot from G Suite accounts, period. Some say Outlook accounts too. But getting 75%, 80% open rate with a Custom SMTP on thousands of emails sent is nearly impossible. You can be happy if you get 30% open rate with this kind of setup. And for me, 30% open rate is damn bad.

And this for one simple reason : the best way to land in inbox is to send like a human, a normal human. And a normal human who does his own prospecting will not setup a custom SMTP usually used to send big blasts of spam emails.

got it man, great explanation and we are grateful for all the info you share man.

you're right man, gmass doesn't look nearly as sleek and simple as mailshake but they have a tool where they detect if your email is going to inbox, spam or the promotion tab and give you the ability to fix it real-time.

May I ask how many emails are you sending per day? let's say I need to start sending 3k emails per day with a brand new setup, how many emails per account can I inbox per day right away?

Thank you so much,

Interesting. So, G doesn't care to penalize your other domains on the account when one goes bad? What kind of volume are we talking about per day through a domain on a normal campaign?
