Why is Bing Blocking your account immediately after creation or minutes after creation ?

Could be multiple of factors - from using the same machine, blacklisted IP, or your adding a coupon.
Bing has a very sophisticated payment gateway. A vcc like any other credit card has a BIN number (usualy the first numbers of the card) based on the BIN they can see what bank has issued the card. When a new VCC company opens up, their BIN is still unknown to Bing so those vcc's pass. Once a lot of people switch over to that VCC Bing starts to detect it, put it in BIN-blacklist and any new account using this bin is automatically filtered.

So you eighter find a brand new vcc source or quit trying!

PS. they can also detect old cookies or reused IP's. So thats also a thing to look at

If you have a real cc, you can create unlimited accounts like charm. There's no method to outsmart bing in order to avoid suspension
These are few things you should do !

1. Do not add coupon instantly. Wait after 5-7 days before adding coupon.

2. Bank Transfer is slow but very effective

3. Do not promote offers against bing ads. Bing will keep blocking your account if you keep promoting with a domain they already know.

4. Change IP after creating 2-3 accounts

5. Also contact bing support if Account get suspended by mistake . They'll find solution to it

I can live if card is good
Bing ads acc Live after attaching vcc
but it locked after running campaign of 4 to 8 hours . and acc shut down and can spend full around 150$ if campaign have enough searches .

when I create an advertisement on someone else's domain. the advertisement is confirmed and ready to work. when I take my domain and create an advertisement the account is blocked / looking for solutions in the domains. ready to pay

guys, I am also looking for the solution to create bing accounts without any problem. As Bing allow create accounts around the world, we should not be using VPNs or RDPs etc. I didnt try it yet, but after reading here and there, I would do following: create ad account on residental IP / on browser that has heavy amount of cookies / Then I will use local credit card with 2-5 usd balance on it. / I will allow 24 hours wait time for each step, created account (24 hours) added payment ( 24 hours wait time) started first compaign with clean whitehat domain let it run 48 hours on small budget, then after some cash spent add coupon, but how to create multiple accounts from one computer that is still to figure out.
