I’d start with what you know. I like flipping so I would invest it in inventory. You can buy nice bulk lots with $30k
other ideas:
if you have some experience, buy a few websites that are already earning passive income. Improve them or do what you want but if done right you’ll have a good monthly income coming in.
Purchase an all in one service here on BHW (such as agency creation)
if you want to make big bucks, throw it all into GME and AMC haha

I just want to make it clear that in BHW's rules not only is verbal abuse directed towards different races not allowed, but it explicitly says that discrimination against people just because that are not human is also not allowed.
You should read the specific part where it mentioned bigotry against lizard people and shadow people not being allowed.
