I fail with Earth4Energy Product......

Hello Everybody,,,,
Recently I tried Earth4energy because it is one of the famous product in clickbank. But I failed in selling this product. I even can't sale even one book. I did article marketing for over 15days with bookmarking them and ping them each. I also setup squidoo lens on this topic but it is also not listed in 1-5 pages in google. Can someone tell me what should I do to beat the zero mark.

whoa oh... bad mistake, dude.

Just because a product is "famous" in Clickbank... it doesn't really mean it's a good choice to start promoting it, because there are hell lots of affiliates (pros and noobs) promoting it. Unless you're VERY good in SEO, getting traffic, .etc

So now there's 2 things you can do:
1) Promote using other marketing techniques
2) Promote other products.

I can't give you much advice myself, because the only clickbank products I've ever successfully sold were Warcraft related, through paid ads, and I barely made a profit because my budget was only a few hundred dollars. I've wasted time trying to sell diet products and dating related books through ads, and came to the conclusion that, in my case at least, I really need to have my own "authority site" and blogfarm built around niches in order to bum market any of those products. Maybe I suck, maybe I'm just a poseur, but as the year is ending I am being critical of everything I've failed at over the past year, and I've resolved to force myself to do things differently and to also do different things. But anyhow....

What I've also noticed about Clickbank and Paydotcom products is that the stats they give you are purposefully designed to motivate you to promote the products. I mean, "gravity"? WTF, come ON, man... They don't tell you anything worth knowing like the CTR, the number of advertisements online, the number of affiliates, the number of sales over time, and without those numbers you absolutely cannot judge if a product is worth promoting or not. The only way for you to infer that is to somehow find the number of people promoting the products and then analyze their web traffic. Good luck with that.

More popular = more competition = more sales.

If there is competition, that means there are buyers. And if there are buyers, that means there is a lot of money going around.

I recommend never running from high competition. At the same time, you have to be prepared to do the work in order to secure your slice of the pie.

I would start off sending traffic straight to the products landing page to see if I get any conversions first. One sure way to get frustrated is spending tons of time trying to build PR for products that don't convert. Study other folks that are promoting this product and look at their landing pages. Read what they are saying and how, check out adsense players that are promoting your product...what do their ads say?

Try promoting something other than CB...there are many better aff programs out there...with better converting landing pages. CB is hit and miss with the quality of landing pages.

Don't be discouraged. Learn and grow from your mistakes/misjudgements.
Keep tweaking/plugging away until you get it right.
It takes time for any seed to grow.
See how you are doing in 6 months to a year

You must also look out for leakage of your traffic as many of these sites have all kinds of optins that steal your traffic. Sometimes their affiliate link is too big and can cause buyers to leave wondering if they can buy at 75% off.

I also start thinking game product sale well. I had very good result with all three zynga game but when I start selling earth4energy It make me disappointed

Products with huge gravity like that are hard to sell. Are you getting hops but no conversions, or just no hops?

The problem is that unless you sell the shit out of it, your visitor could easily just exit your page, find another affiliate page within 2 seconds, and buy from them.

I am getting daily 100 hops and I using same strategy as I did in game product, but I do not know WHY I NOT GET EVEN 1 SALE. Any suggestion
