Let me tell you the ground reality.
There are many castes in india. However, let's devide them into 2 main castes.
1: high castes
2: low castes.

90% of indians belong to that lower castes, they are the one's living in slums and having 10 kids.
The higher castes are quite well off financially, they are barely having any kids. They study hard and work hard to earn money.

Lower caste people will keep on having kids until the free healthcare is not stopped, free healthcare should be shut down in india, the population will fall automatically and the people will get more responsible.
9 spare kids = 18 lungs, 18 kidneys, 18 eyes, 9 hearts and lots of skin and hair.

Seriously though, I would be in the untouchables if I was in India.

In Africa, the average number of kids a woman has is 4.5, as compared 2.1 in Asia. Is this because poor Africans have free healthcare and are "irresponsible"? Obviously not.

So why do very poor people tend to have a lot of kids?

It's because kids are capital. Who is going to protect you when you're getting old? Who is going to work for the family? And you can't just have 1 or 2, mortality rates are high when you're dirt poor.

So, it's only rational to have as many as you can. This is obvious across all ethnicities across the world, once you start looking at the stages when they were underdeveloped.

As I said, the path to population control is wealth. How a country can get more wealth is no secret or nuclear science. The problem here is not knowledge of the path. The problem is that to walk the path, people with existing power and wealth will have to lose benefits. And despite that they will be better off in the far end, they stand to lose in the mid. So, it is no wonder what goes on.

Privatised healthcare like the USA is the only solution for india.

Because I'm too cool to be in an upper caste, and also I can levitate things with my mind. Right now it's only coins, but soon it will be things like watches and pens.
You will be treated as a civilised foreigner, that's all.

What is wrong with dirty roads? My country also have dirty roads and we love and proud of it. Every year the road damage horribly and government invest huge money to fix it, people do corrupt with those money but some people get jobs and they can feed their families, if we have clean roads people will lose their jobs and die in hunger, dirty roads are now a parts of our society and it is our root. Long lived dirty and broken roads.

I have asked you to show a single positive useful activity by the govt on education, healthcare,a state like TN which was pretty much like UP 70 years back now its healthcare is equal to the healthcare of Europe ,the doctors patient ratio is so low like europe ,meanwhile northern states docs patient ratio high like poor african countries . 70 years back TN and UP were poor ,with same amount of resources TN has built medical colleges and compulsary education ,population control ,industries ,everywhere you go only topic is education ,now UP some 20-25 years behind most south indian states it is very sad to see ,people from UP ,bihar come to south indian state to work and live in very bad condition in road and in abandanded places still find it good then staying back in thier place ,has their place they dont have no proper jobs.even now govt should work only on uplifting the people

I mention all this ,i personally witness lots of people from UP,Bihar come to work here and stay in dangerous places and some die in accidents i feel very very sad for them ,we all were same ,due to poor planning they were forced to leave from thier homeland and work in a different state ,they are beautiful innocent people hope oneday may be you may become leader and understand the importance of education and job creation.
You may deny lots of things whatever i say i dont say something to show it in bad way ,but to show me sadness ,my sorrow towards the wonderful people who deserves a better life. I

I asked a question first you didn't answer. You asked for education and health I gave you example of setting up medical institutions.

Kerela tops in healthcare and Tamilnadu has performed badly owing it's record of good healthcare.

Thanks to corrupt politicians UP never had good healthcare and probably won't for next 20 years the doctor to patient ratio will always be low for obvious reasons but it's not that bad for middle class people.

I have been to AIIMS , they take 40 rupee for online registration and you have to wait for like 5 hours( lots of people ) to get yourself checked and get medicines that are not that costly.

Situation is bad for very remote areas where they need to travel whole day just to reach hospital.

Caste system is very deeply rooted inside older generation so unless they and these derogatory words die it won't fix. People from low caste and high caste study in same school and new generation don't care much lol most don't even know their caste.

I believe south has an edge as it had exposure to many different cultures like french portugese British . They got better environment and education an little south boy can teach English like pro and North Indian got stuck in same culture and language.

So this is your attitude towards those whom you deem as low iq?

No wonder India is in such a huge mess.
Iq is genetic, it's not earned or can be learned.
Ashkenazi Jews and the western Europeans have the highest IQ .
Your argument doesn't makes any sense.

wow, Never knew Our INDIA is so POPULAR.

This Forum has Turned into an INDIAN PARLIAMENT HOUSE, EXACT ISSUE IN INDIA, too much Discussion no Action.
and carry on guys, nice to see international views about INDIA :)
I'm Loving it.

I will read your question to answer it ,answering the question of yours about why its doing not great despite having such a huge healthcare system, Most of TN healthcare system is based on public private partnership ,TN has brought most of deliveries to instituional deliveries hence reducing IMR and MMR ,both govts had one thing in common to start one medical college year 1-2 years ,As i assume you ask about the recent drop in the ranking of TN which attributes to the huge cut in the budget

https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/Huge-budget-cut-for-ICDS/article14133084.ece
and both strong leaders JJ and KK are out so state is without a head ,and most of institutional deliveries docs were not recruited new and lots of contract staffs sent home ,plus private as no leader who demands the funds from centre private hospitals who have already sent bills ,which was not cleared not admitting new patients under govt schemes actively.this is the main reason for recent drops ,but during JJ and KK we are the top performers ,now its temp down ,but private setup is still doing wonderful.

You did but I just proved that it's not a factor.

How?
The result consists of many factors, not just one. In this case -
1) infrastructure.
2) people's income.
3) high fines for trashing (in HK it is 200 $),
4) percent of homeless people (Los Angeles is pretty dirty, but rich for example),
5)culture (I lived in Paris in a nice neighborhood, but when I walked 5 mins to the immigrant quarter, there was trash all over the place)
6) And yes, population density. It's one of the factors as well.
And no, it doesn't mean that all highly dense areas are dirty and all low density are clean
