I should say the OP is very communicative and approachable. I still haven't had my ads running for some reason. Google/bing still seems to be learning and I am yet to get any clicks yet.

But I think this is something to do with the Google's algorithm and their new exact match update.

The OP has asked me to tweak the campaign today. Hopefully, we see results in one week.

I give 10/10 for customer service.

I can only comment on the ROI after a week and see clicks+conversions.

@OP does it work for new MB and G accounts? Is this whitem black or grey hat? When can I expect to get my investment back? (your price + ad spent).
