How to redirect to another website after Content Locker has been completed?

This is probably a very stupid question to most of you..

If I have a website and have installed a content locker on a certain landing page, how do I set the content locker to redirect to another URL once the content locker has been unlocked?

Is there an easier way of doing this? E.g. I purchase a domain name and a VPS and when I post links on social media to that domain name, it brings up the content locker and then automatically redirects to another URL once completed, without me having to have any landing page?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous question and the terminology is incorrect, but I am very new to this and would appreciate any help.

Usually a network provides this feature, and if not, this is possible through using postbacks. (If the network provides this)

Postbacks are extremely complicated, and you'll have to hire a developer to set this up for you

I am in the process of trying to sign up to various CPA Networks, but I think not currently having a website and me being completely new to the process is putting them off.

Most CPA networks do not like 'newbies', as they require a lot of guidance and most of them will just bother the affiliate managers with questions and 99% of their new users won't earn them anything. That's most likely the reason.

What would be the best way to build a reputation if that is the case? I assume starting a semi-successful blog/website or building an audience would be a good way of getting their attention, but wouldn't that then negate the need for an income stream from CPA Networks as your revenue would be coming from more profitable sources?
