Closing Adsense Acc for my Final Payment

Hello fellows!
Well, long time ago I bought 3 micro niche websites with a full start SEO service I found here, just for the start of course I would have to do copywrites and feed my websites constantly.
I used to spread my posts under my Pinterest spams accounts and after 1 month I stop doing it, For my surprise after 3-6 months I login on my Adsense account and my balance was $42 I know it doesn't look so much, but here in Brazil this would be like 5-6x more because of our local currency.
So after around 2-4 years I login again and the money still there and I tried to withdrawn without success, since the google adsense only allow withdraws of $100 +
So I search a lot how to withdrawn without having all the $100 and I found 2 ways:
1- Googling I found a lot of people saying it are possible if you terminate your account google would get in touch with you after a long time like 3-6 months to refund you.
2- You try to change your local currency and the value to withdrawn would be R$ 100,00 (BRL) like 20USD.

So I tried the step -2- without success, I can not change my local currency, so I tried the alternative -1- and when I terminated my account I realize I didn't not have registered any bank account so they can transfer it to me.
Now I can not login anymore and Don't know if they will be really in touch with me to refund.
Maybe I get trolled but I want to know from someone who knows how can I get it or if happened the same with some of you guys, but I received an email when terminating my account saying if my balance are $10+ I would receive it on the next cycle, but now 7 months later I didn't get nothing. How to solve this?

Sorry to make you guys read all of this, but maybe it can help someone facing the same trouble I had.
Also someone of here can help by replying the thread or something, idk as well.

I don't think you are going to get your amount even if you have closed your account. Google doesn't pay less than $100. This thing use to work in the past but it is not working now. I have closed one of my adsense accounts with $32 in it about a year ago and I never get this money.

Que massa mano, me segue aí que sigo tbm e vamo se ajudar! Bora ter disciplina e foco esse ano pra voltar a ter uma boa renda digital maninho. E SIM É POSSÍVEL TIRAR O DINHEIRO QUE TENS MANOO! Vou mencionar abaixo em inglês, mas eu usei o RemessaOnline pra não pagar taxas absurdas de mudança cambial.

Thanks for your reply, but I have good news for you guys after a lot of search, hope you guys like it:
All we have to do first is to put all of your payment method information correctly, after you do this and you did not have more than 100$ to receive you can receive it if you have more than $ 10 (usd), how?
You have to cancel your account, once you do it google will confirm it when closing with some account closing informations saying if you have more than 10$ you should receive the payment in the next schedule, but make sure you put all the payment information

Any doubts just ask, hope I helped someone

I think this is the message I got when I closed my account but I never received any payments May be it works but I am not so sure about it.

Yes it works, you can enter on your account again so you can try to see if is there any payment method,
first time I did that because I closed my account without payment informations, see on this: https://support.google.com/adsense/thread/95014092?hl=en
