So i have a way to get 8500 US visits and each visit stays for around 20 seconds for every dollar I spend. Is there any way to monetize that or is there any CPM network that would be okay with that?

How is this traffic generated? I mean social media, ppc, seo. The kind of traffic defines the earnings as well.

Mobile Traffic. You gotta find mobile niche related offers. And try sending this traffic to different sort of offers and see how it converts.

You gotta test and see how it works out. No one can tell you how to monetize this sorta traffic unless you put it into action.

Why not ogads? But they have some app installs...the visitor should install app with his phone and you will get some cash...you may can lock content with these offers and earn decent amount of money if they are need this content for sure.

they're not interactive visitors, after 20 seconds they leave. They're not bots though.

Try newor media , cpm network, i guess they can work with you but you must have a good site to get accepted by adx

doesnt sound like CPM networks would like that. never forget they are a business too, if your traffic NEVER converts from your ads, they will just ban you, even if its real people. can you get them to complete a ogads lock? not necessarily an install one, even one of those giveaways where they have to put their emails would be plenty. long term, traffic that doesn't convert is not well looked upon anywhere, i think.
