Looking for low quality, shitty proxies that work

As the title says, I am looking for a cheap, shitty proxy provider. I want a large number of proxies for the purpose of testing an application that logs IP addresses. I don't want anything mobile, or anything amazing. I want bulk terrible proxies that serve one purpose: connect and visit a website. That's it. No virgin/mobile proxies, not even premium shared proxies.

Any recommendations, BWHers??

Easily use GSA proxy scraper or scrapebox to get free public proxies will be fine

I guess shared proxies come next. Though personally i use shared proxies and for my purposes theyre awesome.
