Hi,
I have a lot of instagram accounts with real followers on the same niche ( clothes ).
I tried to create a shopify store, and i used PayPal as payment method.
First day i got some sales ( 930$ ), Second day i got other sales ( 1050$ ) after that PayPal limit my account i was very surprised when i searched on the forum i found that PayPal restrict replica sellers, but im very confused cause my competitors use PayPal as payment method ( they also sell replica ).
Now im searching for a merchant account that support selling replica please if you have any idea dm me.

Make sure they can interface with your woocommerce cart

The best idea, since the products you sell look like replicas but do not have the trademark printed on them, is to create your own fashion brand and sell them under your brand.

But they can still claim they are "knock offs"

You need to make subtle changes to the design and sell them under your brand

Or hire the OEM / OED designers on Alibaba to design your own product using the replica as an inspiration.

You might be surprised at what some of those designers can come up with and then YOU would own the design and could sell to other retailers. It would look as good as the original and be legal. And people of the street would just think it is a "new variant" of last years model.

If you really want to make money like this you need to understand the fashion business.

Go to Amazon or EBay and buy a copy of "Fashion Babylon". It will give you a good education on how those products are made.

There is a BIG difference between "replica" and "cabbage" (real product that falls off the truck)

Designing your own product and trademarking your brand will allow you to not have to look over your shoulder and then you will be the one combating all those trademark violators.

I thought the same exact thing. I'm a seller of replica sneakers. I built up a following on eBay over the course of a year, and then all of a sudden I made $54K in three days gross, and eBay still didn't ban me. PayPal did though. And it makes no sense to me because a few of my competitors, who I am positive are selling replicas, have PayPal as a payment gateway.
So my question is: How the hell do these sites use PayPal as a merchant provider? Wtf, is there a conspiracy going on?

You could use stripe, setup a placeholder ecom site and give them that info.

Then just process payments using it on your replica site.

Not sure how long it would last tho

I want to use shopify to sell replica however they will hold the funds as they don’t allow it. apparently authorize.net is good but not sure how to set it up
