2 - Signup to a CPA network, there are tons out there, try Adscend Media if you're struggling for choice
3 - Pick an offer relevant to your niche, preferably a higher paying one
4 - Build a landing page to promote your offer
5 - Promote the shit out of your landing page. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, forums etc.
