I was using phantom buster but I don't like that I have to login to my own account, or juggle burner accounts with proxies. I don't trust myself not to make a mistake. Is there a monthly service I can pay for that will scrape accounts for me? I found a couple but they are just email scrapers.

Your asking like you want to be graduated without enrolling to graduation course.
If the data were public( ALL ) then there would be no account requirements. Authentication is required to get data from them. You can get some data without using account but that is SOME not full data.

With any respectable tool you should be able to tie its own proxy to each account, so there is no room for error on the user side. Whenever you access an account using the tool, it's accessed through the tied proxy. This is a basic feature of most tools. Obviously don't use your important accounts to scrape.
