Adwords can not find video

Hi,

I am trying to add video into my campaign.
Here is the video:

It is public and does not violate the policy. But GG could not find that video.


But if I search the video by name, GG can give the list of videos, then I can add it successfully.

Does someone experience this issue? Or is this an error of GG?
